Versi baru Internet Explorer (IE) sudah memasuki tahap beta2. Dikabarkan oleh Microsoft, versi beta dari IE 8 itu akan dirilis sekitar bulan Agustus tahun ini. Software tersebut akan tersedia dalam 20 pilihan bahasa, atau meningkat empat kali lipat dari jumlah pilihan bahasa pada IE 8 beta1.

Salah satu yang baru di IE 8 adalah dukungan penuh untuk CSS 2.1. IE 8 Beta2 juga memperbaiki beberapa bug, dan mengemaskan beberapa fitur sekuriti baru. Sekuriti tersebut dijuluki InPrivate. InPrivate dirancang untuk mencegah informasi browsing disimpan. Berarti segala informasi tentang jejak data yang diambil selama Anda browsing bisa terjaga dan Anda juga bisa memblokir situs-situs yang telah ikut ‘melihat’ Anda di lebih dari 10 situs.  FUPEI merupakan salah satu website karya anak bangsa yang baru saja selesai dari beta testing dalam mengimplementasikan dukungannya terhadap program terbuka berskala dunia yaitu OpenID, dengan menjadi sebuah OpenID Provider, FUPEIs (sebutan member FUPEI) dapat mengakses kedalam halaman member website-website yang menerima OpenID sebagai salah satu cara loginnya.

Earlier this week I received a forwarded email that was titled “Budget Cuts.” Upon opening it, there were a handful of pictures depicting an office cubicle made almost entirely out of cardboard. After looking at the images with one including a note reading “You R No Prank King”, it was clear that someone had created a cardboard cubicle as a prank, and what a funny and time-consuming prank it must have been.
